FaceAlign

Last updated July 14, 2026

FaceAlign does not collect your data. Every face is aligned entirely on your Mac. Your photos never leave your device—there are no servers, accounts, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

Information we collect

None. FaceAlign does not gather, store, transmit, or sell any information about you or your device. There are no user accounts and no sign-in.

How your photos are handled

All image processing—detecting facial landmarks and aligning them—happens locally on your Mac using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your photos are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted. FaceAlign does not connect to the internet to do its work.

Files and folders

FaceAlign can only access the specific photos and folders you explicitly choose through the standard macOS file picker. Aligned images are saved into a new folder inside the location you select. The app cannot see any other files on your Mac.

Third-party services

FaceAlign contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking software. No data is ever sent to us or to anyone else.

Children's privacy

Because FaceAlign collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date shown above. Because the app collects no data, we don't anticipate material changes.
